Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. In November and December, we typically ship orders the next business day. We ship from Colorado, therefore extreme winter weather might delay our shipping schedule.
 
Outside of November and December, orders typically ship in 1-2 business days.
 
When will I receive my order?
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number after the order ships. We ship from Highlands Ranch, Colorado and orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days. Since we typically ship during the busy and possibly snowy time of year, there can be delays during shipping.
  
If you need a faster delivery service than USPS Priority Mail, please email us at support@northpolekidsclub.com. We will work with you to find the fastest shipping method at the lowest cost.
 
Order by December 18, 2017
The North Pole Kids' Club Kit is used in the days and weeks before Christmas. To be sure your little elves receive their kits before Christmas Eve, please order no later than December 18, 2017.
 
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 for USPS Priority Mail shipping to any location in the United States. You will receive a tracking number for all orders after they ship.
 
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us at support@northpolekidsclub.com if there is an issue with your order.
 
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will either refund your money or replace the damaged items. Please email us at support@northpolekidsclub.com to discuss what works best for you.
 
If you would like to return an unopened, non-damaged item that was received as ordered, we will refund your order if we receive it within 30 days of your purchase. In this case, you cover the shipping costs to send it back to us. Please contact us at support@northpolekidsclub.com before making a return.
